After breakfast, you'll visit the beautiful large ancient Egyptian temple complex located on the east bank of the Nile River in the city of Luxor. It was built during the New Kingdom era, around 1400 BCE, and was dedicated to the Theban Triad of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu. The temple was the center of many religious festivals and ceremonies and was considered to be one of the most important religious complexes in ancient Egypt.
Visit the Valley of the Kings and experience an exciting day. the Vali of the Kings is an ancient royal burial ground located on the west bank of the Nile River in Luxor, Egypt. It was used as a burial site for pharaohs and royalty during the New Kingdom period, during your visit to the Valley of the Kings, you'll have the opportunity to see the outside of many tombs and learn about their history from your guide. You'll also get to explore the inside of three of the tombs and see the impressive artwork and carvings inside. Finally, you'll visit the most famous tombs, including those of King Tutmos I, King Tutmos III, and King Tut Ankh-Ammon. After admiring the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a stunning structure built by the only female pharaoh of ancient Egypt, we'll take you to see the Colossi of Memnon in the morning. Afterward, we'll treat you to a delicious lunch at a local restaurant before returning you to your hotel in Luxor. In the evening, we'll transport you back to your cruise ship to spend the night.
